Who I Am:
From biomedical scientist to senior EU-level consultant, my journey has always been fueled by a drive to improve patient outcomes, optimize lab operations and stay ahead of industry evolution. My experience spans laboratory operations, technical and sales support, customer engagement and project leadership across Switzerland and Europe.
My Vision:
Two major shifts are redefining the lab landscape:
- the transition from volume-based to value-based care
- the emergence of the clinical laboratory as a central hub for data-driven insights and healthcare collaboration.
This is not just my personal vision — it’s one shared by leading voices in the field.
In fact, the Clinical Lab 2.0 movement, as outlined in the April 2025 CAP TODAY position paper, emphasizes that laboratories have a critical opportunity to step into a more strategic role — transforming from passive data processors into active drivers of value across the healthcare continuum.
As that paper puts it, “Is this our tomorrow to lose?” — a powerful reminder that labs must act now to shape their future. I believe that with the right strategy, technology and mindset, we can seize this opportunity and lead the transformation.

Drawing on over 15 years of experience in IVD, my ongoing studies in Digital Acceleration at IMD, and the Data Monetization Strategy framework learned at MIT Sloan, I’ve developed a strategic approach that I would apply to help clinical laboratories evolve from operational units into value-generating, intelligence-driven hubs.
This is not a consulting service I currently offer — it is a structured vision, grounded in real-world lab experience and advanced strategic frameworks. It outlines a phased evolution to move labs from business-as-usual toward service-based models, while bridging the gap between strategic intent and execution through a targeted digital portfolio.
